Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 13:1224

Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Zayd ibn al-Hubab narrated to us, from Ibn Lahi'ah, from Yazid ibn Abi Habib, regarding a man who sold a house belonging to his father, and the father had mortgaged it. The son came to Umar ibn Abd al-Aziz, and he invalidated his sale and judged the house for him [the father], and he said: "Its yield is in exchange for its liability."
