Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 13:1274

Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Ibn Abi Za’idah and Abu al-Ahwas narrated to us, from Kulayb ibn Wa’il, who said: I said to Ibn Umar: A man has land and water, but he does not have seeds or oxen, so he gave me his land for half [of the produce]. Then I cultivated it with my seeds and my oxen, and then I divided [the produce] with him by half. He said: It is good.
