Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 13:1283

Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Fudayl narrated to us, from Hisham, from al-Qasim and Ibn Sirin, that they used to see no harm in a man giving his land to another on the condition that he gives him a third, or a fourth, or a tenth, and that there be no expenditure upon him.
