Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 13:1287

Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Waki’ narrated to us, from Sufyan, from Qays ibn Muslim, from Abu Ja’far, who said: There is no household of the Muhajirun in Medina except that they give their land for a third or a fourth [of its produce].
