Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 13:1291

Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Waki’ narrated to us, he said: Sharik narrated to us, from ‘Abdullah ibn ‘Isa, he said: ‘Abd al-Rahman ibn Abi Layla had land in al-Fawwara, and he used to lease it out for a third or a quarter [of the produce]. He used to send me, and I would divide [the produce] among them.
