Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 13:1292

Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Abu Bakr ibn Ayyash narrated to us, from Abu Husayn, from Mujahid, from Rafi ibn Khadij, who said: The Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) forbade us from a matter that was beneficial to us. He forbade us, when one of us had land, from giving it for a portion of its produce, for a third or a half. And he said: "Whoever has land, let him cultivate it, or let him grant it to his brother."
