Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Hashim ibn al-Qasim narrated to us, from ‘Ikrimah ibn ‘Ammar, from Tawus, who said: "Land should not be rented out, nor should it be sharecropped," or he said: "nor should it be cultivated for a share."
