Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 13:1303

Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Waki’ narrated to us, he said: ‘Umar ibn Dharr narrated to us, from Mujahid, from the son of Rafi’ ibn Khadij, from his father, who said: Abu Rafi’ came to us from the Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) and said: "The Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) forbade us from a matter that used to be beneficial for us, and obedience to Allah and obedience to His Messenger is more beneficial for us: that any one of us should cultivate land unless he owns its title, or it is a grant that a man grants to him."
