Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 13:1304

Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Waki’ narrated to us, from Nusayr ibn Adham, he said: I heard al-Dahhak ibn Muzahim saying: "Nothing of the land is lawful except for two qualities: land that a man who owns its title has gifted to you, or land that you have rented for a known wage for a known term."
