Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 13:1306

Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Waki’ narrated to us, he said: Sufyan narrated to us, from Mansur, from Mujahid, he said: Nothing is suitable for cultivation except land whose ownership (title) you possess, or land that a man grants to you.
