Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 13:1326

Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Hushaym narrated to us, from Isma'il ibn Salim, from al-Qasim ibn 'Abd al-Rahman, that he used to say regarding a man who buys merchandise and finds a defect in some of it: He said: "He takes it all, or he returns it all."
