Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Waki’ narrated to us, from Hasan ibn Salih, from al-Shaybani, from Shurayh, regarding a man who buys merchandise in a single transaction and finds a defect in some of it: He said: He takes it all, or he returns it all.
