Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 13:1358

Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Muhammad ibn Yazid narrated to us, from Abu al-Ala, from Qatadah, Abu Hashim, and Mansur; they said: If he flees from the one who took him, then there is no liability upon him.
