Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 13:137

Hafs narrated to us, from Hajjaj, from al-Hakam, from al-Sha’bi, Abu Ja’far, ‘Ata’, and al-Zuhri: They said: If he dies and he owes a debt, and he has *mudarabah* (profit-sharing capital) or a deposit, then they are [entitled] to it according to their shares.
