Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 13:1399

Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Waki’ narrated to us, from Sa’d ibn Aws al-‘Absi, from Bilal ibn Yahya al-‘Absi, he said: The Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) said: "There is no protected pasture (hima) except in three: the area around the well (qulib), meaning the sanctuary of the well; the length of the horse; and the circle of the people."
