Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 13:1413

Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Waki’ narrated to us, from Hasan ibn Salih, from Mansur, from Ibrahim, who said: There is no harm in the executor (wasi) working with the orphan’s wealth for himself.
