Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 13:1420

Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Ibn ‘Ulayyah narrated to us, from Salamah ibn ‘Alqamah, from Ibn Sirin, who said: I asked ‘Ubaydah about His saying: "And whoever is rich, let him abstain, and whoever is poor, let him eat in a reasonable manner." He said: "It is only a loan. Do you not see His saying: 'And when you deliver their property to them, take witness in their presence'?"
