Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 13:1426

Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Ibn ‘Uyaynah narrated to us, from ‘Amr, from ‘Ata’ and ‘Ikrimah regarding [the verse]: "And whoever is poor, let him eat in a fair manner." They both said: He places his hand upon it.
