Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 13:1431

Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Ibn Mahdi narrated to us, from Sufyan, from Mughira al-Azraq, from al-Sha’bi regarding the wealth of the orphan: He eats from the milk (of the animal) and the price is from the remainder of the account.
