Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Shababa narrated to us, from Shu'bah, from al-Hasan ibn 'Ubayd Allah, he said: I heard Abu al-Duha mentioning that Shurayh and Masruq used to say regarding a man, if he leases out a slave for a year, or a month, or something similar, then it occurs to him to take him back from him, then that is permissible for him.
