'Abd al-Wahhab al-Thaqafi narrated to us, from Burayd, from Makhul, that he said regarding the bankrupt person whose property a man finds with him in its original state: He said: If he had taken anything of its price, then he is like the rest of the creditors. Otherwise, it belongs to him.
