Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Abu Bakr ibn Ayyash narrated to us, from Mughirah, from Ibrahim, who said: If the *mukātab* (a slave under a contract of manumission) says, "I have become unable (to pay)," he is returned as a slave.
