Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 13:147

Muhammad ibn Fudayl narrated to us, from ‘Ata’ ibn al-Sa’ib, from al-Sha’bi, that a man came to him and said: "I gave money to a man for a *mudaraba* (profit-sharing) partnership. He set off, and when he reached Hulwan, he died. I went and found my purse exactly as it was." ‘Amir (al-Sha’bi) said: "You have no [special claim] over the [other] creditors."
