Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 13:1479

Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Abu Khalid al-Ahmar and Ibn Abi Za'idah narrated to us, from Hajjaj, from Hammad, from Ibrahim, he said: If the two proofs (evidence) are equal, then it belongs to the one in whose possession it is.
