Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Hushaym narrated to us, from Mansur, from al-Hasan, regarding the *mudharib* (the one who manages capital in a profit-sharing partnership) to whom money is given by another: He said: There is no liability upon him; he is a trustee.
