Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 13:15

Isma'il ibn Ibrahim narrated to us, from Ayyub, from al-Hasan, who said: "Whoever buys something he has not seen, he has the choice [to rescind the sale] when he sees it." Muhammad said: "If it is as it was described, then it is permissible."
