Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Abd al-A’la narrated to us, from Ma’mar, from al-Zuhri, that he was asked about a man to whom wealth was given for *mudaraba* (profit-sharing partnership), and he said: "Do not leave the city." But he left. He said: "There is no liability upon him."
