Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 13:1510

Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Abd al-A’la narrated to us, from Ma’mar, from al-Zuhri, he said: There is no liability upon the trustee (mustawda’) or the borrower (musta’ir) unless they are suspected [of treachery].
