Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 13:1529

Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Abu al-Ahwas narrated to us, from Abu Sinan, from Ibn Abi al-Hudhayl—thus Abu al-Ahwas said—he said: I saw Ammar ibn Yasir buy some cucumbers, and he asked for an extra rope [to tie them], but he [the seller] refused to give him an extra one. So I saw Ammar disputing with him over it, and I do not know which of the two prevailed over it.
