Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 13:155

Ibn Abi Za’ida narrated to us, from ‘Abd al-Malik, from ‘Ata’, regarding a man who lets a man dwell in his [property] for him and his descendants, then he dies. He said: His heirs cannot evict him, nor his descendants, as long as one of them remains.
