Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 13:1593

Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Ghundar narrated to us, from Shu'bah, from Hammad, he said: He used to dislike that a hired worker be hired, and [the employer] says: "You shall have a third or a fourth of what my land produces."
