Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 13:1595

Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Ibn ‘Ulayyah narrated to us, from Layth, from al-Sha‘bi and al-Hakam, from Ibrahim, that he disliked for a man to give a garment to a weaver for a third [of the profit or the product]. He said: And ‘Ata’ did not see any harm in that.
