Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 13:1598

Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Zayd ibn al-Hubab narrated to us, from Marwan ibn Mu'awiyah, he said: I asked Shahr ibn Hawshab about a garment that one gives to a weaver for a third or a fourth [of the profit]. He said: It is a condition [that is permissible] without any [other] condition.
