Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 13:1612

Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Mu'tamir narrated to us, from Ma'mar, from al-Zuhri, he said: He used to be of the opinion that the amount of the defect should be deducted from him [the price] if a disease was found in it after death.
