Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 13:163

Ibn Abi Za’idah narrated to us, from Ash’ath, from Muhammad, who said: Brothers disputed before Shurayh. One of them said: "He married me off and housed me, and I am his son." He said: "I will marry him off and house him." They said: "He married him off and housed him." He said: "[Bring] two just witnesses that he preferred you with it over himself during his lifetime."
