Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 13:1655

Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Ibn Fudayl narrated to us, from Ash'ath, from al-Hasan and Ibn Sirin, they both said: "It is not permissible, and whoever does that, he is a transgressor (fasiq)."
