Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 13:1657

Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Ibn Abi Za’idah narrated to us, from Mujalid, from Abu al-Wadak, from Abu Sa’id, who said: We had wine belonging to an orphan of ours. When the verse in [Surat] al-Ma’idah was revealed, we asked the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, and he said: "Pour it out."
