Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Waki’ narrated to us, he said: Sufyan narrated to us, from Mansur, from Abu al-Duha, from Masruq, from Aisha, she said: When the verse of usury was revealed, the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) stood upon the pulpit and recited them to the people, then he prohibited trade in alcohol.
