Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 13:1761

Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Ibn ‘Ulayyah narrated to us, from Khalid, from Ibn Sirin, that he said regarding a garment between two men, half of it belonging to one of them for twenty, and half of it belonging to the other for ten: They both said: If they sell it by bargaining or by profit-sharing, then it is [divided] in two halves between them.
