Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 13:1819

Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Hafs narrated to us, from al-Shaybani, from al-Sha’bi, from Shurayh, that he used to not permit the testimony of one who hides [in wait]. He said: ‘Amr ibn Hurayth said: “Thus is done to the treacherous oppressor,” or he said: “the wicked one.”
