Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 13:1833

Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Waki’ narrated to us, from Isra’il, from ‘Isa ibn Abi ‘Azzah, from al-Sha’bi: That he permitted the testimony of a man who had been flogged for [drinking] wine.
