Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Shareek narrated to us, from Mughira, from al-Harith, who said: A man refused to take an oath before Shurayh, so Shurayh issued a judgment against him. The man then said: "I will take the oath." Shurayh said: "My judgment has already passed."
