Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 13:1851

Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Ibn ‘Uyaynah narrated to us, from al-Zuhri, from Salim, from his father, that the Prophet (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) forbade the selling of fruit until its ripeness becomes apparent.
