Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 13:1868

Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Abu Mu'awiyah narrated to us, from Ubayd Allah, from Nafi', from Ibn Umar, he said: "He takes from the wealth of his slave whatever he wishes."
