Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 13:1881

Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Ibn Mahdi narrated to us, from Hammad ibn Salamah, from Qatadah, from Shurayh: That he said: If a slave testifies and his testimony is rejected, then he is emancipated, he said: Then it is not permissible.
