Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 13:19

Jarir narrated to us, from Mughira, from al-Harith, who said: If a man buys a load of wheat and some of the merchants look at a portion of it, then it becomes binding upon him, provided he does not see any defect in what he did not look at.
