Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 13:1905

Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Hushaym narrated to us, from Mughira, from al-Harith and Hammad, that a man, if he makes an agreement with his slave regarding a tax (tribute), then he has given him permission.
