Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 13:2

Sharīk narrated to us, from Jābir, from Abū Ja‘far, who said: If a man buys merchandise and makes someone a partner in it, then the profit is according to what they stipulated between themselves, and the loss is according to the capital.
