Hafs ibn Ghiyath narrated to us, from al-Hasan ibn Ubayd, who said: I asked Ibrahim about a man who hired a beast and went beyond [the agreed-upon distance/destination] with it. He said: He is a guarantor, and there is no rental fee upon him for what he violated.
