Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 13:2034

Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Hushaym narrated to us, from Hajjaj, from ‘Ata’, and from ‘Amr ibn Dinar, from Jabir ibn Zayd and al-Sha’bi, that they said: There is no harm in a man bribing [to protect] himself and his wealth if he fears injustice.
